The iPad Air was a major redesign from the iPad 2, 3 and 4 that provided a number of features that increased durability, such as a significant weight reduction.
The iPad Air is built using stiffer aluminum and a thicker front glass sheet.
The iPad Air 1 does not have Touch ID.

Batteries in iPads are located underneath the screen, so this price includes a screen replacement as well.

Sometimes there is no charge for this. If your iPad is not charging, we will attempt to pull lint out of the charge port first. (Please do not try to do this on your own or you risk damaging the port!) There is no charge if lint removal fixes your issue. Otherwise, we can do a charge port replacement.
