iPad 5 Repair
The fifth-generation iPad was announced in March 2017, and is also known as the iPad 2017, or, incorrectly, as the “seventh-generation iPad.” Unlike the iPad Air 2 and 3, it doesn’t offer a laminated screen. This makes it less expensive to repair.
Front Glass / LCD Screen Replacement
$75 (if just glass is broken)
$150 (if LCD is damaged)
Screen replacements typically take 1-2 business days. We do adhere screens overnight for best results. New screens come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
Batteries in iPads are located underneath the screen, so this price includes a screen replacement as well.

Sometimes there is no charge for this. If your iPad is not charging, we will attempt to pull lint out of the charge port first. (Please do not try to do this on your own or you risk damaging the port!) There is no charge if lint removal fixes your issue. Otherwise, we can do a charge port replacement.
